On May 20th, 2019 Michael Coates was found deceased on a conveyor belt at the Muncie Sanitary District Wastewater Treatment plant... he had arrived there from the Muncie sewer system! A drowning? NO... Michael was dead before he went into the water... and police, along with Michael's family, NEED YOUR HELP!
