I'm being told it isn't the W.H.O., meaning the World Health Organization, but rather the lead singer for a "The Who" tribute band... OH, well, isn't that embarrassing Karen)... He examines the self fulfilling prophecies brought on by inaction before taking a walk back through history looking at the Founding Fathers, sometimes referred to as "The Dregs of Society"... they weren't who your elementary books said, they were more normal than that! We also look at another group of heroes thrust into having to decide to take action, or not, and we cover what their vote meant for them and for us... sadly it cost them their lives... but it was on their terms! We then wrap up going over what we can do as the NEW "Dregs of Society"! "Are you ready? Let's Roll!"
